All returned items must have the original tags attached and must be unworn/unwashed. Merchandise may be returned for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery. Credit will only be given for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items purchased at a 15% or more discount and any sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on bathing suits, earrings, head accessories such as hats or headbands, and body suits.


Due to quantities of our merchandise being limited and inventory is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee we will have the exact item you wish to exchange.  We do our absolute best to describe material and sizing for each item- please be sure to review the descriptions prior to making a purchase to ensure a correct fit. 

Damaged Items

We spend a lot of time inspecting every item for any damage or defects, sometimes we may miss and issue and for that we are very sorry! If you receive your item with any problems, please contact us within 3 days to let us know so that we can make it right. Please include a photo of the damage/defect when emailing us about the item. 

We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper care, handling, or removal of hang tags. Please be sure to check all care instructions prior to washing/drying and remove all tags with scissors to avoid ripping the fabric.
